Privacy notice

Controller

Alantia.ai (“Alantia”) is responsible for the personal data you share with us through this site, in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in your country (including, as applicable, Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and equivalent Latin American legislation).

Data we collect

We only collect data you provide directly and voluntarily: (i) through the contact form: name, company, role, corporate email, country and the challenge you describe; (ii) through the Alantia Guide assistant: the content of your messages and, if you choose to leave them, your contact details; and (iii) through the AIMM assessment: your survey answers, contact details and computed result. We do not request or wish to receive sensitive personal data, confidential financial information or third-party data.

Purposes

We process your data for the following primary purposes: (i) responding to your contact request; (ii) scheduling an executive conversation if you request one; (iii) generating and delivering your AIMM assessment result; and (iv) recommending relevant resources. As a secondary purpose, we may analyze results in aggregated, anonymized form to produce AI-maturity studies and benchmarks. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Alantia.

Conversational assistants

Conversations with our assistants are processed by language-model providers acting as data processors, exclusively to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive or confidential information in the chat.

Processors and transfers

To operate this site we rely on service providers that process data on Alantia’s behalf under confidentiality obligations: web and database hosting, transactional email, language-model providers and analytics tools. These providers may be located outside your country; where that is the case, transfers take place with the safeguards required by applicable law. Beyond these processors, we do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

Retention and security

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and apply reasonable administrative and technical measures — encryption in transit, access controls and data minimization — to protect it against unauthorized access or use.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, cancellation or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw any consent you have given (rights known as ARCO in several countries of the region). To exercise them, write to us through this site’s contact form indicating your name, the right you wish to exercise and the email address you used with us. We will respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses analytics tools (Google Analytics 4) with anonymized IP to measure aggregate usage. You can limit their use through your browser settings.
